Where NASA lost $9 billion by failing to state that the aim of the Constellation/Orion program was the establishment of a base on Mars - this site is being prepared to provide them or any other Agency the tools for the promotion of the Economics, Politics and Spirituality of Manned Planetary Space Travel.
